The 5th Singapore Schools Othello Championship 2012
Calling all school students to come experience the largest Othello tournament in Singapore!
This year, the tournament will be held in 3 separate categories:
1) Tertiary Institutes
2) Junior College/Secondary Schools
3) Primary Schools
At the end of the tournament, a team trophy will be awarded the champion team of each category calculated based on the sum of the top 3 individual players of each team. Further, medals will be awarded to the 3 team members of the champion teams. A trophy will also be awarded to the top 3 individual players of each category.
Certificates of award and participation will be given out to the award winners and all participants respectively.
Date: 2nd June 2012 (Saturday)
Time: 9.00am-6.00pm (Inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
Venue: Nanyang Girls’ High School Conference Room C

System: 7 Rounds Swiss Pairing
Time Control: 20 minutes per player/round
Registration Fee: $15 per student (catered lunch included)
